Our client is an international carrier in search of an A&E subject matter expert to join the organization as an Underwriting Lead. This role can be housed in Atlanta, Chicago, LA, NYC, or Phoenix.

The A&E Underwriting Lead will work closely with Product Management teams and field Underwriters nationally to train, delegate authority, and identify opportunities from a product standpoint. This individual will act as a referral resource for the A&E Underwriting Team nationally and serve as an escalation point handling the most complex accounts nationally.

The ideal candidate will be a knowledge powerhouse within the Architects & Engineers space and will be have an interest in the technical side of underwriting. Leadership skills are required as this individual will mentor and train underwriters of all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Underwriter to move into a leadership position.

Requirements:
