Leading international insurance carrier in search of a Compliance Manager to join their established and growing compliance team in either NYC or Atlanta locations.

This individual will provide regulatory and compliance guidance to numerous business units including claims, underwriting, operations, HR and more. Responsibilities include answering business operations compliance questions, working directly with stakeholders to notify changes in state laws, maintaining various insurance licenses, and submitting required information and data to state agencies. This individual will be a lead on projects and must be willing to train and mentor others.

Ideal candidates will be well versed in Market Conduct Exams and have a strong background in implementing new laws and regulation. Compliance experience from a property or casualty insurance organization is required.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of compliance experience within a P&C carrier setting required
• BA/BS required
