Our client is an A+ rated insurance carrier in search of a Claims Team Manager to join their expanding Employment Practices Liability Insurance division. This role will have a hybrid schedule out of the Westchester County office location. This individual will oversee and mentor a team of direct reports, oversee all aspects of the litigation process, mentor and educate team on claims resolution best practices and more.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with EPLI claims handling. Team leadership is a plus due to the supervisory responsibilities this individual will directly handle.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of EPLI Claims Handling Experience Required
• 1+ years of Claims Team Leadership Preferred
• BS/BA Degree Required
• JD Degree Preferred
