Our client is an A+ rated international carrier in search of a Claims Attorney to join their Cyber claims division. This division is in a steady growth and in search of individuals seeking to advance their legal careers in the insurance industry. This role can be housed in NYC, Atlanta, Chicago or Los Angeles, or remote for experienced candidates.

The Claims Attorney will manage first and third party claims, including class action litigation, arising under various specialty Cyber, Tech E&O, and other professional liability policies.  This individual’s responsibilities include investigation, analysis of liability and damages exposure, drafting and issuance of coverage position letters, and development of strategies for resolution. This individual will also oversee determination of probable loss exposures, establishment of reserves, as well as maintenance of claim files.

Ideal candidates will have relevant legal skillsets including defense litigation as well as claims handling experience. Exposure to Cyber or E&O coverages is a plus.
