Elizabeth previously worked at a leading Executive Search firm based in Southern California for nearly 20 years. She developed her own progressive methodology of building out nationwide relationships with selective clients. By narrowing the scope of clientele, this avoids recruiting candidates out of the clients' talent pool. This loyal methodology produced an exceptional rate of job orders and placements. Elizabeth was a pioneer and trail blazer helping take the company from a California focus to a national level. Within this rebranding internally, she was highly instrumental in building out a network of over 2500 candidates and clients covering each major insurance hub city. Elizabeth is passionate about Executive Search that is efficient, effective and an enjoyable experience for clients and candidates!

Tara brings a unique perspective on executive recruiting to HireGrowth. With a strong background in both psychology as well as marketing, Tara works to combine communication theories in order to provide clients and candidates with nothing but the highest quality results. In order to match qualified and interested candidates with positions they will flourish in, Tara utilizes strategic thinking that encompasses skills developed through her previous recruiting work in the Division of Developmental Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. Tara is also responsible for HireGrowth’s marketing strategies and efforts. She recently graduated from Emerson College with her M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications. This combined with her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Vermont has prepared her to build the HireGrowth brand.
