🚨 We’re Hiring: VP, Global IT Service Desk

📍 [Hybrid] NYC | Morristown, NJ | Purchase, NY | Charlotte, NC

Our client is a global insurance and reinsurance leader built on integrity, collaboration, and innovation. We’re looking for a VP of Global IT Service Desk to oversee daily operations of their IT support function.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a global IT Service Desk (Tier 1–3 support)
  • Oversee vendor relationships, incident management, and SLAs
  • Supervise on-site and outsourced support teams across all regions
  • Drive operational and strategic improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and user experience
  • • Metrics reporting (SLA, SD, MDM, VC)

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure/service desk roles, with 5+ in leadership
  • Experience managing large, global, multilingual support teams
  • Strong communication, vendor management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
