Our client is an A+ rated international carrier in search of a Business Analyst to join their expanding division. This individual will play a crucial part in implementation of processes improvement initiatives within a reinsurance setting.

Responsibilities will include business process data analysis, quality assurance, support of change management initiatives and projects, working with reinsurance tools and applications on enhancements and updates, training users and working closely with stakeholders and more.

Ideal talent will have expertise in business analysis and experience with organizational change management initiatives within an insurance realm.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of insurance business analysis expertise
• BA/BS Required
