Our client is an A+ rated international carrier in search of a Senior Claims Attorney to join their Professional Liability claims division. This division is in a steady growth and in search of individuals seeking to advance their legal careers in the insurance industry. This role will have a hybrid schedule in Westchester County.

The Senior Claims Attorney responsibilities include investigation, analysis of liability and damages exposure, drafting and issuance of coverage position letters, and development of strategies for resolution. This individual will also oversee determination of probable loss exposures, establishment of reserves, as well as maintenance of claim files.

Ideal candidates will have relevant legal skillsets as well as claims handling experience. Exposure to Employment Practice Liability Insurance claims is preferred but not required.

• EPLI Experience Preferred
• Claims Experience Required
• J.D. Required
• Practicing Attorney Status Required
