How does HireGrowth make money?
We offer two payment options. Traditionally, we charge 25% of the hire’s first year base salary with a suitable replacement if necessary at no additional charge for 90 days. Alternatively, you can choose to pay 1% of the hire’s annual salary per month for their first 24 months of employment. In both cases, our fee excludes any candidates who are in an active interview process with your company, as defined in our terms of service which you can find here.
